Training Hard this "off season"

Big thanks to NWHL's, and future Olympian, Rachel Llanes as my off season coach strength and conditioning coach, and Martin Moody my goalie coach. Rachel periodically bench-marked me, had me on an intense four work out a week program, and had lots of great nutrition advice. I also had two ice sessions a week to work on finer points of my game. It is exciting to see the difference it makes!
