Intense TPZ Camp at UVM

I was very fortunate to be invited to the TPZ camp at UVM. It was one of the most demanding camps that I have attended with as many extremely demanding off ice fitness sessions as on-ice sessions. I loved the opportunity to compete and to work with the excellent, and very supportive, UVM coaches. My off season fiteness program really helped me prepare.
